I don't know why but ever since they reopened this location the chicken is over cooked and their salsa tast like cleaning liquid. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I don't leave reviews too often but I have to because I had the experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Geddony! She was so friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. Her positive attitude made the visit stand out, and she truly deserves recognition and a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service she gave!
