Unfortunately on this day the food was not at it's best. Chicken was super dry and hard. We got a chicken bowl and a chicken plate. Neither were really good. Svc was not bad, atmosphere was ok. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Paid extra for mixed family 16 pc and only received leg and thigh. I wouldn’t mind but you feel robbed when they charge you for something they failed to provide. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m beyond pissed. I ordered FOUR Double Chicken Bowls from El Pollo Loco and they only sent me THREE. How hard is it to get a simple order right? I paid full price and didn’t get what I ordered. Absolute trash service. If you can’t handle basic orders, don’t bother taking people’s money. Never again. Service: Delivery Service: 1
