Our watress was the worst in waitressing. We asked for water I had to get up and get it. She never refilled the water I had to get up again and ask for it. She did bring the soup but then got lost. We had to wait to order. We finally ordered and she got lost again. Then didn't bring my macaroni salad I ordered but charged up for it. I did not tip her. Your tip depends on your service so take the 3 dollars you charged us for the salad you didn't bring. I usually tip great but you didn't deserve a tip. And had I saw the bill before my husband paid you would taken it off, but once again you never brought us the bill we had to go to the register to get it.but the food was good . And u didn't even bring us the containers we asked you for another waitress got them for us and filled up our water.. Price per person: $10–20

Our server Adriana was excellent. She was literally running around doing everything. From serving drinks at the bar, to taking table orders, to prepping foods. Despite the small staff, she was professional, kind and amazing. Solid hire El Pollo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is always very good!! Today the maduros were not ripe, but everything else was delicious. Our server today was Adriana. She made the drinks very well and was very attentive. We had a nice Saturday family dinner experience tonight. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
