Placed order for pickup online. Said it would be ready by 7pm, it wasn't, had to wait, that's ok. However, 3 people behind us received their order and we waiting 30 mins for ours. At 20 mins we asked if we could just cancel. They said, give us 5 more mins. So 10 mins later, received order. They did give us a free tres leches, which was good. But the food we ordered, someone got a little too happy with the salt. Wish they'd be more upfront with how long you'll have to wait so we can decide if we want to move on to someplace else. But the money was taken and they didnt want to give it back. Price per person: $10–20
