Tried Pollo Rico food truck and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was not friendly or welcoming at all, which already started things off poorly. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked, making it hard to enjoy. On top of that, the onion portion was tiny compared to what you’d expect. Overall the food lacked flavor and the experience was very unsatisfying to say the least. On top of that has a tip line on the receipt. What is that for? I really wanted to like this place.
