Food was amazing! Served quickly. It was not very busy waitress took my order and delivered it but never checked up in my to offer coffee or water refill. There were other folks that the waitress seemed very friendly with gave them refills and gave them the bill as soon as they were done. Completely ignored me. I had to walk up and ask for the bill. My wife and I had an absolutely delightful experience at El Pueblito Restaurant in Santa Maria. Their Carne Asada plate was a true standout, with the tortillas freshly made and bursting with flavor. The authenticity of the Mexican cuisine here is truly remarkable. If you're in Santa Maria and in the mood for some of the best Mexican food around, El Pueblito Restaurant is a must-visit.
