We were craving Mexican food, and we loved El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant in Post Falls. The place is cute, comfortable and we were immediately seated with a basket of home made, fresh tortilla chips and salsas. Dangerous to put a basket of chips in front of a hungry man! LolThe food was all amazing, not heavy, flavorful and good portions. The rice and beans in addition were some of the best I had with my Enchiladas. Guacamole was creamy and perfect also. The best part, the service was always checking in, always offering options and making sure we ate well. I love that.Highly recommend the entire menu, plus the peach Margarita!!
