Horrible customer service. The lady at the hot food counter that preps the food and takes orders is extremely rude. I thought she was just having a rough day so I let it slide. Went back again another time and same shitty attitude. The customer before me told her he didn’t like green salsa and if he could have red instead, she had this look on her face of annoyance and sighed. I was standing there with no one else waiting for her to acknowledge me and she just went about her business. I had to stop her to order. Zero acknowledgment, she looks annoyed to take your order or answer any questions. She just looks plain miserable, irritated and angry. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A Fresno bakery owner has been arrested for allegedly defrauding the United States out of more than $5 million dollars in food stamps. Jorge Luis Rivera of Fresno was indicted earlier this month on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and attempted wire fraud, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert said Tuesday in a statement. The indictment was unsealed following the arrest of the 53-year-old. According to court documents, Rivera owned El Ranchito Bakery in Fresno, which was authorized in 2005 to accept Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, benefits. These benefits, sometimes referred to as food stamps, cannot be exchanged for cash.
