It is long overdue that I leave a review of this place- genuinely one of my favorite restaurants. I've been going to El Ranchito for as long as I can remember and it's always been consistently delicious. The chicken and cheese quesadilla is my go-to, but everything I've ever tried exceeds expectations. It's great to see them still doing great business and keeping up with the changing town (though I do miss all of the optical illusion art and the dogs playing poker on the wall). This is like a taqueria. The servings are quite large. The food is very good. The service was great. Everyone on staff seemed to be available to check on all the tables and they did. Very friendly and welcoming place. When we went out was busy, but we were seated right away.
