The staff! They were so hospitable and happy to see if we needed anything even though they were swamped with customers. I can absolutely see why. The fajitas we had were so good. Coming from Tucson, that city knows how to do fajitas. I had not found a good place to get fajitas in the Spokane area until El Ranchito. My pictures don't do the justice on how good these chicken fajitas were. If you want good food and don't mind driving out to Nine Mile Falls, you should do it. Oh, the bar is cozy and they have a HUGE selection of margaritas. Forgot to mention the desert menu is one of the best I have seen in a long time :-) We were too full to order desert but next time, I may order desert first. *****My husband and I will hit this place for future date nights*****
