Food is great. Service sucks! The waitresses are rude and lazy and they rely on the bussers to do everything. The customer should not have to ask for chips and salsa 3 times while the waitress eats their meal. You’d think they would provide better service, considering their tip depends on their service. There’s no sense of urgency. Never saw my waitress after food was delivered. I had to get up and ask for refills and to go boxes because they never checked on us. As someone who has served for 20+ years, this is a major disappointment. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We came in 25 minutes before closing and they welcomed us in. No wait, immediately seated. Chips and salsa at our table within minutes of us being seated. We didn't feel rushed and even though it was close to closing time they welcomed in a big group after us. Waitstaff is very attentive and nice. Food was hot and flavorful. I did have to take off a star due to them serving "fake" tortillas. Restrooms are clean and the temperature inside was cool but not freezing cold. Hubby ordered the carne asada with nopales, and I ordered the steak ranchero. I would definitely dine here again. Price per person: $10–20
