Female cashier was insensitive and rude to a disabled member of our group. She could have done a better job of explaining and been tactful instead of haughty. We’ve been customers since the restaurant opened at the smaller building across the street but we won’t be spending our money where customers are treated badly. We left before ordering and took our business elsewhere. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was always good and the service was always good. Not any more. I usually give a place 3 strikes and they're out. This place got it's third strike on our last visit. We were seated almost immediately upon arrival, which is good,but....1 our coffee was watered down 2 our order was taken, but our server never came back 3 Four to five other tables arrived after us, they were seated and their orders taken and they received their food There was a server refilling coffee for everyone, but when he got close to us and the tables next to us, he stopped and turned around. What appeared to be the manager on duty just stood there and wasn't paying attention to anything There used to be another manger/owner there, but we haven't seen her in a while. When she was there, she was on everything and everything ran smoothly. She's not there anymore and this place has gone downhill fast! 3 strikes and you're out! This place got its 3rd strike on our last visit! We got up and went to the front to pay for our watered-down coffee atleast, but we were told we didn't have to. We were not given or offered any type of apology for the bad service. We just walked out. Won't be going back anytime soon or at all. I love dining here at El Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant and Cantina. They not only have great food and drink selections but also have superb service here too. This restaurant never lets me down.
