The thing I can tell you about El Rancho restaurant is the owner really considers a lot of people during the Christmas holidays. They give out free food for those who might not have a Christmas meal and I've been praying about this place for many years asking God to be able to get them a third place in the the Clovis and Portales New Mexico area. You know God sure knows how to make some good enchiladas especially when their chicken I like chicken enchiladas but double beans and no rice. Because I'm not a rice eater. The good Lord sure does bless us with a good place to eat and remember always eat there because I have for many of years
