From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is unpleasant here. Despite the popularity among customers, the weak side of El Rancho Resort is its good service. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

To be very honest, this was one of the worst experiences ever. The bungalow was very dirty, the smell was awful, no utensils, no towels even no extra blankets for the bed. The terrace door was broken and did not properly close which can allow anyone to enter it. The service was bad and the staff were unreachable and not helpful at all nor welcoming. Service: 1
