Wow, wow, wow! I just had an excellent and impeccable dining experience. If at any time you find yourself in the Caguas area and want to eat delicious food, I heartily recommend El Rancho Restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere super cozy and the service spectacular. The chorizo croquettes, ufff, the coconut arepas with ropa viejo, not to mention, the El Rancho Pasta exquisite, and the mamposteao rice is the best I've ever tried, and look, I've tried a lot of them.
