I went in to register my vehicle in February. I paid $350 . it is the end of June and I have not received my title. my plates were never transferred. I called the dmv they said I had to call el rey because they NEVER COMPLETED the process. they sure as hell took my money no problem . so now I have a vehicle no title. no plates. but I spent $350. so I called yesterday 6/24 around 9 am. lady on the phone was like yeah call tomorrow around 2 and we can see what we can do because someone was going to go in and update . so then today I called 2 of course. and the woman who answered had a HORRIBLE disrespectful attitude and just kept shutting me down as I'm trying to explain to her what I was told. ima need a refund guys or ypu need to COMPLETE what you began. I have the receipt still .
