TL;DR:"El Rey" offers a pleasant city-center location with ample tables and available parking. The menu, featuring hotdogs, fries, sandwiches, and more, is reasonably priced. While the hotdogs (completos) are a specialty, other meals like fries are also tasty. The staff is friendly.
