this was so good!! my husband and i split a $10 lunch special with crispy chicken, rice, and beans and added tostones. the staff was super friendly, food came out fast, and there were little games to play while waiting for food (we played connect 4). the food was amazing and very filling, especially considering the price. the view was also really nice! would definitely recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The Family Plater was a reasonable price and it fed my group of 5 with some left over to take home. The waiter was so friendly and they spoke English so it made it easy for the people in my group to ask questions. The owner even came by our table to see how everything was, amazing people and amazing food. Price per person: $10–20

El Rincón is a simple country restaurant. It is divided into the restaurant side and the bar. The menu is not huge, but there are plenty of local options, like mofongo, tostones de pana o plátano, and beef, chicken and fish/seafood. We got the churrasco and it was delicious and very tender. We also enjoyed the bacalaitos/alcapurrias appetizers and they were so filling (and super yummy) that we couldn't finish our main dish. Prices were reasonable, the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and safe. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Surtido Media Docena, Queso Frito
