We recently enjoyed an incredible meal, starting with a selection of flavorful appetizers: bolitas de pescado (fish fritters), mini alcapurrias (fried fritters typically made with green bananas and taro root, stuffed with meat), and montadito de chorizo (chorizo on fried plantains). The main courses were equally delicious, featuring authentic Puerto Rican flavors like chuletas kan-kan (a crispy fried pork chop) and a satisfying Jibaro burger . The experience was so good that we returned the next day for lunch, where the mamposteao de gandules (rice with pigeon peas) stood out with its intense and delicious flavor . If you’re searching for authentic and delicious Puerto Rican food, this is definitely the place to go!

Found this restaurant on Google and it was fantastic. It lives up to every exceptional rating. The food was fantastic very fresh, and we were the only two at the restaurant because of the odd hour in which we decided to eat! We split an entrée of Chuleta Khan Khan, which is a pork dish. And ordered rice and beans and Tostones side dishes. The food was phenomenal. And that includes the rice! They have a very large menu and from what I understand just about anything you select is phenomenal. I don’t know how they do that because that’s pretty demanding for whoever is in the kitchen. That being said, this is a fantastic place very affordable, and the food is outstanding. Kudos to them! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Puerto Rican cuisine has lots of vegetarian/vegan options.
