Oh man, I loooove El Rinconsito. We go out of our way to eat here because the food is so good. Easily the best refried beans I've ever had at a restaurant. I usually get enchiladas with shredded beef. The red sauce is awesome and it's even better if you get some green sauce with it. And, try the orange hot sauce if you like spicy.
