I got a wet super burrito yesterday 6/21/2026 and got food poisoning, I want compensation for this ! I have one more wet super burrito in my fridge from yesterday, — update: microwaved and was better than the first one.— UPDATE: Not a good night for sleep, waves of diarrhea. El Roy’s Express Mex didn’t ask for my loyalty — it just earned it back. I rolled in on a whim and walked out a convert, clutching the best fish burrito I’ve had in recent memory. The secret? A little editorial direction. I told them to go light on the rice and beans, ordered it wet, and suddenly the whole thing clicked into place. Turns out El Roy’s was great all along — I just needed to get out of my own way. The place is draped in their signature orange and black, which hits somewhere between festive and “we mean business.” Service is sharp, food is on point, and at lunch the place is busy — which, as any seasoned diner knows, is the only restaurant review that actually matters. Great Mexican food and great value compared to other Mexican food places in Sonoma county. Well trained, courteous, helpful, and pleasant employees. I call El Roy's the In-n-Out of Mexican food because the food is delicious, the service great, and price is reasonable relatively speaking. Plus, the have conveniently located food trucks and a drive thru restaurant that is open late. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: I just do takeout from the drive thru or their food trucks. That said, the restaurant is a typical fast food style restaurant with inside seating
