You know I usually never leave bad reviews. But the service I had yesterday was terrible. This was just for an online order pick up. I ordered and was given a time of 7:15 to 7:25. I went around 7:35 because the app said still in process. When I got there my bag was already ready. Yet the app still said in progress. The girl behind the bar gave me my bag and told me to have a good day. Something told me to check the bag for my drink because I wasn't handed one. It was not with my order. So I told her it was missing. She said oh we can't make your Arnold Palmer. So I had to ask why. She said because we don't have iced tea. So she was basically going to let me leave without a drink I paid for and not say anything. So I had to ask for something else instead of her offering. Then I noticed there were no utensils or napkins. One of my items was not something you can eat with your hands. A nice kid behind the bar got me some and told me to have a nice day. So that was good. Guess what? When I got to the car my food was cold. Probably because it had been sitting there for a long time. But as of 8pm guess who's order still said in process in the app. Me! So ya this was an overall all crappy experience. The kicker was it wasn't even busy! Thankfully Grub Hub took care of me. El Segundo please do better. disappointing taco tuesday, was great value and quick, not so much anymore. slow, apathetic staff, and long waits. used to be 4 at a time, now down to 2, and the options aren't as plentiful. used to like this place but it's sadly gone downhill. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
