Everything is good except cashier customer service skills. If you are black or white, some of these individuals do not greet you, but they will only greet their own. Today one of them popped her gum and chatted with her coworker and never acknowledged the presence of myself or the individual behind me. Same individual spoke happily to other customers. And she speaks English so she has no excuse. Even if you dont speak English hello is an easy word. Some of the Spanish speakers say that much. I shop at El Super out of convenience and because the food is delicious. But the some of the younger cashiers specificallyin the front are sometimes rude. Professionalism is lacking. Security is mire friendly than them everytime! A+ and high praises for the security officer at the front. And he not scared of anybody either. Love that about him. Every store needs one of him.

I have been going to this stor since the store has open. One in a while there was poor customer service but never like the day I have got feed up. This was the past wensday around 915 pm. I picked up my grocery and went to the check out, but it was only one cashier check out and few self check out open. I walk to do self check out which I don't like to do specially With vegetables and fruits. I find it difficult to scan. He it go I scan few and something wrong It needs the attention of the store employe. Some lady come and helped me and start searching the bags that I have scan I didn't say anything and she continues helped me scaning. She was scaning a beetroot and said two bunches right, I said it is one, she the feared open the bag and start searching for how many is in the bag. Then just hit me. She had search my bags and now she is trying to proof her self yhat i am stilling. I told my self never spend a penny in this store again. They don't deserve me as customer. They are always disrespectful. Poor customer service.
