El Timón is our obligatory stop on our trips from CDMX to Mérida for more than 40 years when we travel with our parents. On Three Kings Day 2025 we had to make the stopover, and it was super delicious, plus it brought back many memories. We ate rice with shrimp, cocktail, cazon bread, seafood soup, roe and some shrimp panuchos, and everything was very delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
