The Carne Asada was flavorless with the exception of a brown gravy on top. The gravy tasted like flour and garlic.. The meat was not seared, but barely brown on top and rare inside. The black beans were served in a tiny bowl full of liquid with about two tablespoons of beans. The rice was white and sticky. Service: Dine in
