I've known El Toro for 30 years and used to go there often with my parents. The menu has hardly changed and the quality has remained the same. The dishes are cheap and I've certainly eaten better, but for the price you can't complain. As a child, my father let me try the frutti di mare salad and I haven't eaten a better one since then (although I'm sure it exists, but that's how it is with the first good memories) Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
