Sincerely one of my favorite's spots in the whole island, and I'm local. The food is to die for, I just can't get enough. Me and my bf would find any excuse to end up eating here. I have been coming here since 2013, every Yunque hike, every resort vacay, if going to Fajardo or coming back from Vieques o Culebra, our stomach just needs El Verde BBQ. Guineos, Arroz con Gandules, los Tostones and Pernil are my all-time favorites, Cheeba loves the Morcillas, Pernil, Chicharrones and Arroz con Gandules. The best spot in Rio Grande!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes, many of puertorrican cuisines or chinchorreo spots are going to have vegetarian options as is based in many roots and viandas but it's highly possible that there's cross contamination with the meats.

Great local spot for truly good BBQ. The ribs and chicken are outstanding. There can be a bit of a wait, so you know its good. Location on the main road can make atmosphere a little noisy, but overall a great spot and perfect for carry out to bring back to the condo to enjoy. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
