The food and breakfast were very good, but a situation happened that upset me a lot, I ordered food at home, when I placed my order they gave me an estimate of a maximum of 40 minutes for delivery (which I thought was fine), the 40 minutes passed and nothing, after 20 minutes of the time the delivery man was supposed to arrive, I called to see what was happening and they told me that they were going to contact the delivery man so that he could take my order, after another 25 minutes, the delivery man finally appeared During that period of time I tried to contact the store to cancel my order because my lunch hour had already ended, but they did not answer. When the delivery man finally appeared, he returned the order and right after this situation, they blocked me on WhatsApp and when I try to call it sends me to voicemail.
