What happened to customer service? We have been diners at El Balcón Azúl for over a year. Today we arrived with the illusion of a salmon and a pistachio risotto and they rudely took us out because they were full. We are glad to know that they are doing well, but the internal spillover cannot be reflected to the clients. What a pity... Service: 1
