Normal food, with a lot of rush and high price. As soon as we arrived they wanted to take our orders (and I could see that they did the same to the rest of the tables). My husband ordered beef carpaccio and I ordered escudella, he obviously ended up with nothing and they came right away to remove the plate, leaving me alone eating (the normal thing is to wait and remove both at the same time). Then he wanted to take mine when I was still eating. I told him that I hadn't finished yet, he made a bad face and a little while later he came back (it was still in the pot) and told me: right now? I said yes because I was full right away since a bowl eaten in a hurry will eventually take away your hunger... With the seconds more or less the same, too attentive, taking my husband's plate away just when he finished and leaving me alone eating. Read this way, you might think: they will be the typical couple who rest on their laurels talking and are not interested in food, but we are precisely the opposite!! We have been uncomfortable and we have felt forced to eat quickly (and it is not that we eat slowly... On the contrary, they always tell us that we eat too quickly...). Regarding the quality of the food, well, nothing more. The escudella, the pig's feet and the game meat stew were good, but the beef carpaccio was so cold that it had almost no flavor... And you missed some capers for example, or that the cheese was in flakes instead of being powder... Service: 3
