THE BEST chicharrón I’ve found in all of Cusco! I tried this place and was absolutely blown away — I have never tasted anything like this anywhere else in the city. Their chicharrón is simply incredible: the pork skin is scored perfectly and so crispy it crunches with every bite, while the meat inside stays juicy, tender, and packed with that wonderful homemade seasoning you just can’t find elsewhere. It tastes exactly like home cooking! I also ordered their beef soup, and it was just as amazing,rich, flavorful, and so comforting, perfect for recharging after walking around Cusco. And it’s not just the food: the ladies serving you are so warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a big smile. This is easily one of the best spots for authentic traditional food I’ve visited in Cusco. I’d come back again in a heartbeat!
