I spent several days in Elbuzd. It’s clear that the reviews here are mostly fake, even nicknames are repeated, but oh well. I will write a review not in order to somehow upset the owners of the establishment, but in order to make it clear that there is still room for improvement in terms of improvements))). The room was ordinary, category 1, price including dinner 4300/night (breakfast included free of charge). 1. Window without mosquito net. Well, guys, it's the 21st century. We had to sleep with the split switch on, otherwise mosquitoes and midges would attack us. 2. The water is sometimes quite cool, I’m used to it, but if you wash a child, for example, it’s still a little cool. 3. Short shower hose! This just killed me. Maybe a room for short people or just for hobbits. I had to squat in the bathtub (without the seeds, of course) to wash my hair, although I can’t say that I’m a giant, only 186. 4. The tiles in the bathtub are cracked in all corners. Do not smear corners in bathrooms (or anywhere else) with grout! Only with silicone-based putty. Also tired seams on the floor tiles. 5. There was no light in my wing. At all. The lock had to be illuminated to insert the key. The castles are ordinary, not on the maps. The light in the wing was installed a day later, but for some reason out of 5 lamps only one))). 6. There is a TV set, quite large, with a standard federal set of channels. 7. The water pressure is excellent, even very good. 8. Split blows normally, working. 9. The refrigerator is a standard small hotel one. Works. 10. The bed was double, the mattress was normal, it didn’t creak or crunch, the pillows and sheets were normal, everything was clean. 11. In the smoking room on the 3rd floor, the door simply kills a person, hitting him on the butt or wherever it hits him if he doesn’t dodge it, so he can probably go in faster. The lock is broken, the lock tongue is fixed with a self-tapping screw(!). 12. Breakfast is excellent, buffet, eat as much as you want, there is everything, even fruits, nuts, juices - in a word, excellent. 13. Dinner is also excellent. You can set a time when it will be prepared and notified to your room by phone. I tried 4 different dishes, all at a very decent level. 14. The receptionist is polite, also on the level. 15. They weren’t offered wine upon arrival, probably “the shop was closed”))). 16. There is an elevator, but I didn’t use it, I wasn’t inside it. The shish kebab is incomparable with lyulashki, and all the dishes are excellent! The service is at the highest level! Alina the administrator - thank you, very friendly and helpful.
