We had a great experience at Choubidou Bastille. One of the highlights of the meal was definitely the steak tartare, which was excellent. It was very fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly prepared, with great balance of flavors. It’s clearly a dish they take pride in, and it really stood out during our visit. The service was also very good throughout the meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. We felt well looked after from the moment we arrived until the end of the meal. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, combining great food with warm and efficient service.
