Attended a luncheon that Electric Kitchen catered and it was absolutely delicious! There was a tremendous variety on the buffet line - baked cauliflower, chickpea loaf, sweet potato casserole, green beans, dressing, and mashed potatoes. (The chickpea loaf was outstanding!) I have never eaten vegan cuisine, and I honestly have to say that I loved it. I most definitely will try the restaurant for lunch or dinner sometime. I would highly recommend their food!
