This restaurant is located inside Always Niseko and serves breakfast buffet, lunch, apres-ski, and dinner. While I suspect most of their business is from guests, there are a number of small lodges nearby who make use of the place too. To keep it brief, their food is very good and reasonably priced. I had multiple meals here during my week long stay and was never disappointed. They alternate between a few options on the menu and the breakfast buffet switches every other day. Pro tip - the hash browns are amazing and their fries are excellent. Our rooms included breakfast so we were here every day. Lunch and dinner is ordered from a menu with a few basic options. Nothing bad but not sure I'd call out anything as great. Staff is friendly and professional, and I definitely don't hesitate to recommend them if you're staying here or in the area. We stayed a week at Always Niseko and enjoyed the friendly service at Elements. I especially appreciated Zakira, who always remembered me and my coffee - quad cappuccino! Great meals too! Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We're staying at Always Niseko hotel, and the Elements Restaurant is the in-hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant. Breakfast is good with a variety of food, both hot and cold. The dinner menu is quite limited, but the ramen is excellent and very reasonably priced. Fries/chips are delicious and plentifully portioned, and so is the fried chicken.
