It’s a nice place to be at with kids, however the group we were with was not too friendly. My child really felt left out we left before we could even finish our slot. Otherwise great facility and good place for some. I’m thanks.

Absolutely terrible management. Unreasonable. Showed up with a voucher with no expiry date on it, only to be told it was expired, and no leniency shown. Prices are also unrealistically high and what you get is not worth the price. Unfortunate, but I won't be recommending this venue again. UPDATE after owner's reply: Despite what the owner says, the voucher which my son received as a prize, does not have an expiry date on it. His unwillingness to honour a boy's prize voucher, shows that he views his customers purely as ATMs, and does not care about his clientele.

Response from the owner 8 months ago

Dear Gerrit You conveniently fail to mention that your voucher expired 260 (TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY DAYS AGO). In addition, the validity dates are CLEARLY REFLECTED ON THE FACE OF THE VOUCHER. We suggest the next time you try and make use of a voucher that is so clearly expired, that you call ahead to make sure that the venue agrees that you are SO special that normal rules simply do not apply to you........
