Elevate Cafe is the beacon of greatness in a sea of sub-par tourist/vacation food. I try to find the best spots to eat whenever I visit a town that is new to me. There are just too many food businesses where quality has taken a backseat, as the business has found it's market and the owner has emotionally clocked out. When entering Elevate Cafe, I noticed the owner was there working the grill and instructing the staff. The quality of the food clearly meant something to this person. That was my hint that this could be a good spot. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a rosemary bagel. I can only say that it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever eaten, and I was surprised to taste something so great in a tourist town. I ate there the following morning as well, because I was convinced that there couldn't be another place that was worth my time. I cannot wait to return to this place when I visit the area again. Very good breakfast sandwich. Had the bacon egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. Alot of reviews comment on NY style. I disagree. Smaller and less fluffier, however we aren’t in NY. Prices higher in a vacation area. The cappuccino I also had was excellent. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am genuinely impressed by finding this gem! The food is great (I’ve tried multiple menu items by now) but my favorite go to is either the Asiago Bagels or the Rosemary Bagels. The dragonfruit smoothie is to die for and the iced chai is unique! My family and I come here once a week.The food, the atmosphere, and everything in between just radiates a sense of love and happiness. You have to try this place!
