Bravo and beyond well done to Elevated Pour in Angel Fire, NM. While visiting for a quick weekend getaway we happily stumbled upon this amazing new spot. Whether you want small plates to share, or something a little more this place has it. Thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and just like the name reflects “elevated” food. Nothing short of a high-end restaurant that you would find in a trendy city - but better. We came two nights in a row and had the pleasure of having Brittany give us top notch service for both nights. So if you find yourself in Angel Fire, New Mexico, do yourself a favor and look them up. This is way more than a wine bar. They have amazing curated cocktails and the best tasting food in this valley. I've been waiting forever for this kind of place in the valley. This will be our summer nights and apres ski place for all time. The inside and patio is awesome. Favorite cocktails are the Carajillo and the Passionfruit Tiki. Favorite wine is the Cab Franc. Favorite foods Vodka Dill Salmon, Tuna Carpaccio, and Tomatoes over Ricotta Chef's kiss!! Price per person: $20–30

One of the best places to eat in Angel Fire is Elevated Pour. Each season they make small but amazing changes to their menu. This evening (May 15, 2026) I tried a new summer dish, Tomatoes over Ricotta This dish has 17 ingredients that were expertly blended together to create a blast of flavors in your mouth. As their name indicates, their bar staff create some amazing cocktails and also have a wonderful selection of wines. I enjoyed my goto drink, an Old Fashioned. As usual it was tremendous and mixed well with the Tomato-Ricotta dish. You can’t go wrong stopping at EP! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
