A perfectly fine evening out — but worth going in with calibrated expectations. My husband and I went for drinks and had a genuinely pleasant time. The service was attentive without being pushy and we never felt rushed. No complaints there. The gap for us was atmosphere. The exterior and the "Premier Bar & Grill" label had me expecting something closer to a special-occasion vibe — but that's probably on me more than them, because their own website is upfront that it's casual dining. If you go in knowing that, you'll likely have a good time. One practical note for anyone with dietary restrictions: if you're vegan or vegetarian with a dairy allergy, the menu is very limited. Nearly every shareable contains dairy, and the house salad is essentially your only option. That's not unusual for a steakhouse-style menu, but it's worth knowing before you go. I went to Elevensixty a little later in the evening. I was seated right away in a quiet space as they knew I was dining alone. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. It wasn't very busy, so that may affect the noise level. They have a card system so you can call over staff without having to try and catch them, which also means they leave you to your meal unless you ask for attention. I ordered steak with chimichurri, veggies and mashed potatoes. It was all very delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly for me and the chimichurri was prepared fresh. I also got cheesecake for dessert. It was pretty standard for steak house cheesecake which is exactly what I was hoping for. The woman who took my order was fantastic and friendly. I overheard her chatting up another table. She's very good. Spends more time with the customers who want to chat, but left me to my quiet little corner. I was very happy with my meal and my experience there. Price per person: CA$70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the ribeye 14oz cooked at medium. It was downhill from there. It was tough and full of gristle. It was very expensive for the quality. Chuck's down the for 2/3 the price you also get a lobster tail and the steak is better. It seems that the decor is at standstill seats at table are uncomfortable. The booths are not much better. We have been there several times hoping for improvement. I seems that the commitment is not there. Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
