We were the first customers in the restaurant, yet no menu was provided at the start. When we placed our order, they initially got it wrong and served us the wrong dishes. Assuming this was the only food available, we didn’t complain and ate what was given. Shortly after, an elderly couple arrived, and it turned out the restaurant had mistakenly served us their order. Instead of correcting their error fairly, the restaurant offered the couple our original order along with a free dinner for the following day. Meanwhile, we received no compensation—NOT EVEN A SINGLE APOLOGY, nothing. Yet, we were charged the full price of 300 Dirhams. The night before, we dined at a café where Queen Camilla had visited. It had live music, excellent food, and a great atmosphere—all for 290 Dirhams. The contrast in experience was stark. We left feeling disappointed and discriminated against. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
