"I had an amazing dining experience at Bar Restaurant Elita in Shkodër! The food was absolutely delicious — from the appetizers to the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection. What really made the evening special was the service. Our waiter, Marko, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He guided us through the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Unfortunately, our experience at the "Elita" restaurant in Shkodër was very disappointing regarding the quality of the food. Caesar Salad: It was bland and lacked the appropriate dressing. It completely missed the freshness and character expected of a Caesar salad. Pasta Aglio e Olio: This dish was far below our expectations. The preparation was incorrect and failed to convey the authentic taste of this classic pasta. Mozzarella and Prosciutto Pizza: The pizza was also disappointing and tasteless. We are truly sorry that we left with such a bad taste. We hope that the management considers these observations to improve the quality of the dishes, as the atmosphere might be good, but the food is the foundation of any restaurant.
