Extremely disappointed with the experience. The food was served cold, the service was completely zero, and there was no proper management at all. Staff was careless and unresponsive the whole time. Definitely one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Not recommended. Price per person: Rs 10,000+

We did iftaar buffet here, which was not worth it at alll!!! On call they told that they had 40+ dishes but in actual they were almost 18. Both sweet dishes were pathetic! Overall tasteless food! When we talked to the manager and staff about what it all was, they were totally blank, they had nothing to say! They couldn't defend even a bit. And senior staff was not available as told by the manager. Lift's condition was also poor! Totally waste of money! Worst experience of life! This restaurant needs to be closed! Today, a few friends and I went to Elite Rooftop Restaurant for dinner, but honestly, the service was absolutely terrible. At first, they served one naan and one roti, which were hot, but after that, when we ordered more rotis, they took 20 minutes to bring them. By the time they arrived, our kebab, tikka boti, and karahi were completely cold, and to make it worse, the rotis were also cold. We also asked for raita, which took 15 minutes to arrive. The taste was nothing special, just cold and disappointing food. Overall, a waste of time and money. 2/10—never going back!
