I like this restaurant of Ella’s Kitchen they serve really quality food and never disappoint. The service is always excellent as they ensure that your food is good while also offering drink before ordering your main food. The atmosphere is also good because it’s quiet and peaceful alongside having a fan and a TV. Overall a very nice restaurant with decent Fried Rice and a fried turkey with coleslaw, and being served Nigerian Fanta which never fails. Improvement/Tip:. When greeting a customer I would always ensure that these major and essential things are met because it really makes the difference as well as making the customer feel very welcome, comfortable and appreciated: 1. Ask them if they need a drink (after ordering their main meal) because this can potentially increase profit and make the customer like myself want to spend money because when ordering the drink whilst waiting for their main, it makes the customer more hungry alongside potentially ordering another drink, totalling two drinks. 2. Open the drink for them/ensure the drink for them is opened (glass bottles only) because it makes them feel also feel welcomed. NOT the other way around because if you do this, it makes them feel rather uncomfortable and unwanted, potentially losing a returning customer like myself. 3. Always initially clean the table - That’s one thing I’ve noticed, whenever I’m being served the table isn’t cleaned (I know it looks cleaned) but I have to tell the waitresses to clean, which can be quite disappointing. Nevertheless, a good restaurant with decent food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
