I was disappointed to know that the order that I placed for the Lachsfisch Filet, two weeks before did not work out. I have called on the 2. August to order Lachs for Sushi and to pick it up on the 20. August. The name and date and telephone number was confirmed but unfortunately it turns out that this Bestellung was not properly handled after the phone call. I understood from the Supervisor that "normally the employees will not make this mistake" or "everything would be written in this form (shows form)". Well, you could show me how your system works and everything but obviously there was a mistake and if the calls are recorded, you could check back on it. And honestly, why would I make things up and go through such trouble? Makes no sense when I am very sure the Bestellung was made on the phone for a specific date. I believe that Elmas Fischwelt GmbH is a responsible company and this seldom happens. I just want to give a heads up to anyone pre-ordering to make sure that they have truly confirmed your order or wrote something down or get the name of the person.
