The food came cold and didn't taste particularly good. Really small portions too. Service unfriendly and latently arrogant. Atmosphere run down inside. If you are also a non-smoker you should avoid this place. When we sat outside ALL the other tables were smoking. This is just a note, not a devaluation of the restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's funny, I don't know where you ate. But definitely not in Elsa. We are closed today and no outdoor dining. I hope the answer didn't come off as slightly arrogant or meant to be derogatory.
