Wow, wow, wow. We were BLOWN AWAY by Chef Elvita and her work. She doesn’t just make desserts, she makes masterpieces. We got a personal cutting cake and a dessert bar with mini desserts. Everything we tried at the tasting and everything on the day-of was just melt-in-your-mouth perfection. It was so hard to narrow down our selections- she makes every dessert you can think of and she makes it all so well! Staff at the venue said these were some of the best desserts they’ve had there. Our guests couldn’t get enough, either - everything was devoured the second it was laid out. It was all so delicious that I didn’t let our families take the leftovers because I wanted them for myself (sorry, mom!). The desserts were beautiful too; everything was meticulous, uniform, and refined. The presentation was very elegant. Our cutting cake was somehow amazingly moist and held up perfectly throughout the night, and the decoration was gorgeous. Chef Elvita herself was just an absolute joy to work with; she was very responsive, communicative, professional, and clearly passionate about her craft. Can’t recommend her enough!! Chef Elva rocks!! I used her talents for a very large catering order and everything was delicious and beautiful. She was very professional to work with and quick to respond. From ordering to delivery everything was perfect. Highly recommend! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5
