Elyte Sushi in Rimini is an absolute gem! The fish and seafood are incredibly fresh—some of the freshest I’ve had—and every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and the interior is modern, elegant, and aesthetically designed.
