We had such a good experience at Embargo. The food and drinks were amazing, the vibe was fun, and our waiter Kyle made the night even better — super attentive, friendly, and genuinely great at what he does. Amazing raw bar for the oysters, and the lobster claw/ knuckle escargot amazing!! The original escargot i dont doubt was delicious, I tried it in honor of my dad that passed.... not my cup of tea but deffinetly looked like his favorite juicy snail. First time here. Very good place to visit for food and drink. In theory, I didn't eat anything. The food looked excellent. Clientele seemed to be regulars. I agree, it's a louder than what I expected but not a big deal. It's a bar after all. Great bartenders. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
