Embassy sucks. We won't be going there again. If you're a Filipina with a foreigner they tell you to pay more. They assume you're a helper and tell you one price, then when they see you with a foreigner they tell you to pay more, even though you paid and the foreigner didn't! I'm a Filipina too, but I hate this kind of racial double-pricing.
