The food was incredible, as good as eating in pizza and pasta in Italy. Everything was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Highly recommend the pasta Paccheri alla Norcini. The staff were also fantastic. Wanted to love this place so much, but it really fell short. Paid $80+ for two GF pizzas and expected something decent at least. Instead, the gluten free base was doughy and undercooked underneath the toppings, with burnt, black edges. The prawn pizza was pretty underwhelming. A few prawns and marinara sauce. The capricciosa was slightly better, but the cheese wasn’t even fully melted and the edges were still burnt. We also had a lamb skewer to start, which honestly tasted like old mutton in a bit of marinara sauce. Like I said, I really wanted to love it but even at half the price, I wouldn’t go back. Definitely below average. I’ve had much better pizza at the Star Hotel or Tarrantos. I will say the service was good and the restaurant itself is really aesthetic. There’s so much potential here, they just need to lift their game when it comes to the food. Price per person: $40–60 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
